Terms of Service

Last updated: July 16, 2026

Draft notice. This is a starting template, not reviewed by a lawyer. Review it (and add a governing-law/jurisdiction clause) before treating it as binding.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account or using Linecraft, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. Your account

  • You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure.
  • You're responsible for activity that happens under your account.
  • You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to create an account.

3. Your content

You own what you post — portfolios, projects, reels, posts, and comments. By publishing content on Linecraft, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute it as necessary to operate the product (e.g. showing it in feeds, studio pages, and to other members). This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies already shared with other members or retained as required by law.

You're responsible for having the rights to anything you post, including project media you upload on behalf of a studio or client.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Post content that's illegal, infringing, or that you don't have the rights to share.
  • Harass, impersonate, or misrepresent your professional identity or credentials.
  • Use the platform to send spam, scrape data, or attempt to disrupt the service.
  • Post job listings or studio content that's fraudulent or misleading.

5. Studios & jobs

Studios represent a firm, team, or organization. If you create or manage a studio, you're responsible for the accuracy of what's posted under it, including job listings. We don't vet job postings or guarantee outcomes for applicants or posters.

6. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our discretion, with or without notice. You can stop using the service at any time; to request account deletion, contact us.

7. Disclaimers

Linecraft is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific needs.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Linecraft and its operators aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the date at the top of this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
